On January 13, 2025, the Eudora Utilities Association Board of Directors adopted the resolution to require all utility accounts be held the property owner name of record. This means we will begin converting from the tenants to the property owner:
- All new accounts are opened in the name of the property owner name of record (owner-only billed).
- When tenant accounts are closed, all existing tenant-billed accounts will be converted to owner-only accounts. This will require new paperwork and deposits.
If you are a new customer on an existing building that currently has water service, please fill out the form below "Residential Water Service Applicaition" and return it with a copy of your driver's license, copy of your deed or property owner of record, and payment of fees required.
If you are building a new residence, please fill out the form below "Residential - New Water Tap" application and return it with a copy of your driver's license, copy of your deed or property owner of record, and payment of fees required.
